Sizing questions from a tyro...

I am a total rookie when it comes to nice clothing & I need a bit of assistance from you gents, if you please.
At 5' 9.5" at 175 Lbs. w/ a 35" waist I will fit an off the rack 40R sports jacket 95% of the time. I have my eyes on a more casual jacket with the following specs; do you think it would be a good fit?

Shoulders: 18"
Waist: 21"
Chest: 21"
Sleeves: 24.5"

Thanks in advance f/ any advice!

Might want to measure one of your existing jackets and compare them.
