Show us your head vases

I loooove head vases. I sadly do not have any as of yet. They run pretty high. I would love to see your collections. Or any statues you have. I bought this one from an antique store. She reminds me of Rita Hayworth so I call her Rita

That's so funny that you have one that looks like Rita Hayworth. I have one that looks like Veronica Lake. My stepdad found it at a garage sale and he got it for me knowing how much I love old stuff. I thought right away it looked like somebody but the shorter updo was throwing me off. Finally I covered up one of her eyes with my hand and then yelled out "It's Veronica Lake!".

The color for the dress part around the bottom was faded and chipped so I painted it white and then glued the ribbon around it.

Marc, Head Vase collectors are right behind Barbie collectors. Pristine ones are very hard to find and can be very valuable. I have one really nice one I will not part with and will have to show soon.
