Adverts is an Irish second hand site that allows you to publicly negotiate before any PMs are needed. i find that there is usually a little to a lot of room for haggling , depending on motivation of seller and age/condition of item. Sometimes the prices are set in stone , sometimes not. International shipping shouldn't be a problem. I recommend checking the users profile for previous items for sale , positive and negative reviews left by buyers and sellers , and any comments in general are all on one profile page. Yet also , buyer beware as with any used items.
