I'm buying a new Schott Cafe Racer jacket, and want to make space in the closet, so am selling this Schott Perfecto 618. Its in excellent condition, probably 98% like new, having perfect lining, pocket interiors, zippers and snappers, with very light signs of having been worn showing on the leather exterior.
There is faint scuffing on one elbow, as if someone leaned against a rough brick wall, and a row of tiny pricks diagonally across the left forearm for a couple of inches, about 1/8" apart. Resembles a scratch made by thorns, or perhaps a row of stitching, but nothing was ever sewn there.
These are very difficult to see, if I didn't tell you you might not notice for a long time, if ever. Adds character? Tell people you got it in a knife fight? Who knows?
Other than this, jacket doesn't appear to have been worn much at all, and the thick steerhide leather doesn't even look or feel broken in.
Schott advises that this jacket should be ordered one size larger than your regular size. So, this size 42 will fit more like a 40 for most people. I wear a 40 in most other jackets, and this fits me perfectly.
