I think it's fine.
Sleeves could be longer as when you lift your arms they likely roll back some.
Overall length just a little short for my taste (for myself) but I am a 100% tucked shirt person when wearing any type of T-shirt/dress shift, etc. So I prefer the jacket not to ride up either.
