Schott 641HH Horsehide Sz 40. Excellent Condition

This is just not getting any wear and it's my nicest leather being horse hide. Cafe racer style 641HH Size 40 with quilted (I think this is the newer version) lining. There are some minor pit tears in the lining as pictured that could be easily patched up.

No smells nor stains. Not even completely broken in as there are not many creases. Got too many jackets and only 1 body....plus I am getting ready to sell my motorcycle (2013 Triumph Scrambler for anyone in the Bay).

Measures:

Pit-to-pit: 22-22..5" depending on how much you stretch it laying flat
Shoulder: 18.5-19.

Would you be open to local discount? I'm in the Bay Area as well (East Bay). I think we're roughly the same size and I'm interested in a few of your jackets between 38-40. I've gained a bit of weight and some my 38s might need to be sized up for 40s.
