which one fits me better? the 618 feels great on me , the per 70 feels very roomy and i absolutely hate the inside check pocket that bunches up against my chest.

I think your point is kind of doubly sound because the XL in a PER70 corresponds to a size 44 618, yet it's still wearing bigger to you than a size 46 618. The leather of the 618 is also going to develop a more interesting character, whether you're getting it in steerhide or horsehide (618HH).

The 618 size 44 was way to small on me not even close to the per70 xl. I wanted opinions which looked and fit better on me so I can go ahead and sell one. Thanks.

Yeah the 618 (both versions) develops nice grain and beautiful creases.

It depends. you’re a big tall dude you can wear either one. But the 618 has the better silhouette imo. it can be even better if you’re willing to lose an inch or two off the waistline. I would keep the 618 and start adding more steps into the lifestyle.
