Bought this on a whim and liked it quite a bit, but never really wore it much, though it's simply a fantastic jacket. I've decided to pare down my collection (I never intended on starting a collection, but here I am) because of some future uncertainties with my gig and the fact I spontaneously invested in a batch of fine selvage denim this last weekend.
On the jacket: this is a Long/Tall version, which I personally can't live without at 6' tall - I simply don't fit in Schott jackets otherwise. Its sleeve length is 25.75 and the hem covers your beltline. I personally think this jacket fits like a 38, as I've owned Vanson jackets in 36 and this is much more roomy. I also briefly owned a 530 and this fit almost the same, if not a bit better (on me). My true chest measurement is 38".
The true measurements are as follows:
pit-to-pit: 21"
waist/hem: 19"
sleeves: 25.75"
shoulder: 18"
front: 23"
back: 27"
This jacket is in absolutely fantastic condition and doesn't show any noticeable signs of wear aside from some training on the sleeves. Includes the vest, in equally perfect condition, I don't think it's ever been zipped out.
$500 shipped in the CONUS for this beauty paid via PP F&F.
