Sailor short suit. This is NOT vintage but cute just the same. Size 11/12
Navy. 42 bust- 32 waist- 42 hip. The waist will stretch another inch with the elastic. Zip fly front, hook at waist, 3 buttons. 19 inch waist to hem, no belt. Rayon/pollyester mix. Label says dry clean but I have washed these with no problem.

26 inch waist -38 inch hip max -29 inch inside leg - 11 inch rise -20 inches around hem. 8 button flap front, lace up at back
