rubber heels

I just got a pair of 1920's cavalry boots, see my thread in the 'thrift store finds' portion of the golden era. But they need a total resto and I would like to put period rubber heels on them. does anyone make them or will a good cobbler have access to them?

Just to be clear, are you looking for vintage rubber or a reasonable facsimile thereof?

Good solid repops will do. Original heels may be too hard.
