I have a great retro rockabilly polka dot pencil skirt that I just listed on Ebay. It has been worn once and has a very low starting price! Waist (worn a little low) measures 28", hips 35". Fabric is cotton with a little stretch, so the hips will stretch to 38". It is very curvy and form fitting, with a kick pleat in the back. More details here
