I have been using one of those for close to 20 years. It mounts to the roof of your vehicle and keeps your hat away form harm when not on ones head.

I got ya beat Bud... I had one in my Ford truck 30 years ago when I was in High school and wore mostly cowboy hats.

I remember seeing this when I ordered a couple of my Akubras. As the proud driver of a new F-150 Super Crew it would be a right handy thing. I guess it attaches to one of the visors? Or, I guess you could just screw it to the inside of the roof (lol). But, for $56 US I think I'd go to work with some pliers and a coat hanger first! That seems a bit steep for some bent wire and an attached hinge with holes in it. Think of all the new hat brushes one could buy with $56 US!!!
