Resurrection of the Stetson Musketeer!

A while back I told Art I'd like him to take one of my thin ribbon Stetson Open Roads and turn it into a Stetson Musketeer. I saw the hat ad for this hat on ebay and have never seen one for sale. I got the hat back today and I think Art really nailed it.

Notice the 3 lines of stitching Art had to put in around the brim. He said it would be a hard thing to do 3 but he either practiced a lot or he's just a natural seamster. He also had to custom make the ribbon. Here's the original pics and Arts rendition of it.

Needless to say I'm very pleased.

Wow rik, It looks just like the ad, it must be an original. What does the inside look like? Have you posted that before? Art came really close to an exact copy, just a few variations.

Good match you see alot of hats in the old Stetson and other manufactors ad's that pop up on eBay but are rare like this one that you would like to own and going the custom hat way lets you get it. +1
