Resistol "Wide Country" disguised as a Craig Lawing Enterprises (Charlotte, NC), National Auctioneer Association hat. 2-1/4" brim width with a 4-3/4" open crown height. A stingy "Open Road" or "San Antonio" if you will. Unfortunate mothing at the brim break. The wind trolley cord hides some of it and this might be a good candidate for the sanding dust (under the crown) pothole patching "fix" described elsewhere on this forum. Small crease at the crown top that might steam out. Couple of tiny divots other that at the brim break shown in pics. Includes the original box (will ship both in another box). $45 shipped to the Continental USA (foreign shipping at cost).

I’d call it stiff. Not sure these pics help on my size 7-1/2 LO head.

The Resistol Wide Country has a brim width of 2-1/4" compared to an Open Road (usually 2-3/4") & Campdraft. LBJ preferred Resistol @ 2-1/4 for all his hats were based off the Wide Country.
