Hard to believe anything from 1998 is vintage. What does that make me?

This hat is never worn, brand new condition. Tags are still in the lining. This is a rare find. A current Resistol 6X in this style is $200-$225. With the pristine condition, rarity and National Finals Rodeo connection, I am asking $275.
