reshaping a straw fedora

Guys I've got a "straw" that is my everyday hat for casual wear and it's brim is very soft now and easily bent.It's an Akubra and when I bought it seven years ago it was quite firm. Not the case anymore. I also have another I bought today at a charity store for $2. It's never been worn from what I can see but the brim is in similar condition. What can I do to restore him to his former stiffness!

Do a quick search and you'll find at least one thread from last summer with a straw stiffener product mentioned. That ought to solve the problem.
