I like how the architect incorporated the in ground planter next to the fireplace in the master bedroom. Sure as heck beats a prefab hearth with a sheet metal flue like what would be done today.

There was a guy out in Antioch, CA (SF BAY) who was here on the Lounge who did Sinatra impressions.
The modern redo of the house is very cool.
