Selling two pairs of my Red Wing Heritage/Work line. Both pairs are firsts, not factory seconds, and show the quality Red Wing is known for.
These 8849 Black Prairie boots have been worn and are broken in, with tons of sole life left. These are patina monsters, with a brown base under the black, they're showing a bit of teacore in places already. They come in a Red Wing box, though I don't think they were for these particular boots. Looking for $175 shipped PP F&F.
I also am selling a pair of 10875s, which are part of Red Wing's "Work" line, and built to a bit higher spec (in my opinion). They are covered by the Red Wing Work Warranty. In comparison to the 875 (of the Heritage line) the 10875 has a different leather, more of a brown hue than the 875’s orange and will wear and patina more brown. The 10875’s eyelets are painted over with a gunmetal color. They also have the red wing logo stamped onto the ankle, which is a nice touch.
Regarding condition, these have barely been worn. They do show signs of use (some indigo transfer, etc) but I don't even think they're broken in yet. Soles are still clean. They come in their original box with the receipt from the Red Wing store. $185 shipped PP F&F takes these.
If you're interested in both pairs I'm willing to cut a deal, and also have a couple other pairs of boots available in another thread here.
