I've got a number of Raw/Natural leather belts available for immediate sale. I have them in sizes 38, 40, 42 and 44...quantities are limited. These are handmade of thick Saddle Skirting leather and will last a lifetime. The leather is undyed/treated and will darken to a beautiful golden honeycomb tan over time. Check out the pics !!

How do you measure the fit? From buckle prong tip to middle hole?

You got it. Included a picture for ease of determining size. A less scientific means is simply adding 2 inches to your favorite pant size. So if you wear a 38 pant you'd want a 40 belt.

How wide are they?

Belts are 1.5 inches wide, standard width. Average around 12 ounces thick...these are certainly hefty.
