I am new here so bear with me. Does anyone know of a source of the blue with white polkadot scarves that the RAF pilots wore in WWII?

Thanks!

J. Peterman had a version a few months back, not entirely accurate, but very nice. That is the only source I know, but I am sure someone else will know another.
Good luck!

You might try a fabric store and buy a yard or so of polka dot silk. Of course, then you'll have to hand roll the edge yourself like a gigantic pocket square. How are your sewing skills?

Actually, you could probably get away with just about any silk scarf that suited your fancy as I believe they were all private purchases by the pilots. In other words, I don't think the blue polka dot was an Air Ministry approved design.

Cheers!
