Question re A2 jacket neck (H&E) closure

We have a customer A2 jacket in for a re-line &c BUT the hook & eye at the neck are EVERSO slightly closer to the seam than normal, so we can't stitch round them. This means they will have to come off. Does anyone know where I can get the tubular rivets to re-attach them , in sensible (x100) quantities ? I don't want to have to buy 30000 for a 4 rivet job
