Q: How does one start an album?

My question is where is the user control panel? I have searched and feel like I am going in circles. I need help starting an album so I can post photos. Thanks.

As a member, you can create Albums of images that are linked to your public profile. Albums can be created by visiting the User Control Panel, and clicking on the 'Pictures & Albums' link, and then clicking on 'Add Album'.

That's news to me, I didn't know you could attach albums.
Having looked I can't see how to do it either.

Top of the page. Click your name. Then, on the next page, scroll down, on the left "albums," "Add Album."

I haven't used it but that's where it is.

You can post photos without the use of an album. Or am I misunderstanding?
