From my research I don't know of any that will drop ship.
The company has to invest there money in your dyes for the sweat band and the liner so they would need a larger order to cover there investment...

Sharpetoys is absolutely right. Since you drop ship everything, you won't find anybody who will drop ship a private label. Be prepared to spend thousands on inventory.
