Milwaukee and Wisconsin in general is a vintage hat gold mine. :eusa_clap

Sure, L to R: Mora derby (very lightweight) 7 1/4, Kevin McAndrew Imported Picot 7 1/4, Marathon 7 1/4, Dobbs 7 1/8, Keith Milanette 6 7/8 (bought for great pug); boater in the rear is a deadstock mint Resistol Continental in a whopping 7 1/2.


Oh BTW, Wisconsin is very bad and dangerous. Smells bad too. No hats here.....

Just got in my new panama from PanamaBob (okay, so this is cross posted in the panama canal, sue me, I am excited.)

Thinking of maybe adding a ribbon, maybe not.

Also, not really a new hat, but new life in a hat, my conversion that I worked out over the weekend.

New panamabob hat just in time for summer!

I posted this in the panama canal also but thought I would through it in here also!

Just got my new Montecristi hat from Robert!!! I opened up the box and "WOW" what a great hat!!! Really a lot nicer than I expected ! I have attached some photos but I took them with my phone so they aren't great but the color is a nice cream and the wpsi looks to be 250-289 ... much better then what I thought I could afford!

I love it! Makes me look like I should be drinking something with a tiny umbrella in it!

Arrived today - color is much lighter than the listing suggested, closer to a light tan or silver belly. Very clean, might need a brief dip in some fresh camp fuel and a soak in Woolite for the liner.

Brim is 2.75", open crown depth is 5.5", 4.5" as bashed.

That's very kind, but I think a lot of guys sport their lids with panache around here - Mario/JTL/YOU and a bunch more come to mind.
