Planete Panama Extra Fino

Lo and behold the package finally came. The hat isn't extra anything. I'm really disappointed that an Ecuadorian chooses to lie about his product. The proof is in the pudding.

A Planete Panama Extra Fino and a real Cuenca Fino (Nothing Extra about it):

Planete Extra Fino (a whopping 11 tejidos in an inch):

A regular Cuenca Fino (with about 17 tejidos in an inch):

Point: I bought a hat that was mis-labeled as Extra Fino. It isn't even what I would consider a fino.

would you take a look at this site www.giulianalongo.com and comment for us what she tells about the differents between cuenca and montecristi?
It seems that the vueltas are a Cuenca's characteristics...she tells that the "rosetta" is a Cuenca's characteristic...what about, Bob!?

Rosetta is the center of the hat, as far as I know. Those hats are Brent Black hats, I believe.

This isn't an extra fino Cuenca. This is the most basic Cuenca hat out there. There are extra fino Cuenca hats and this is not.
