Calling PADDY...Calling PADDY...do you copy? Over...

Over at the VLJ board recently someone recalled seeing very early 1930s US Government documents regarding Type A-2 jackets on the old VLJ Yahoo group. I posted asking anyone with same to please repost.

Repeated inquiries produced only this communication between the War Department and the office of AAC Chief Foulois. It dates from July, 1935, and concerns the approval of an order for 500 A-2s. Materials (except knitting) and cost are specified.

Someone else recalled that there were other such documents in the Yahoo archives, and that you were evidently the source or vector for same. I've tried joining the group, which is closed to new postings and seems to be closed to new members as well.

So let me ask you if you 1) still have anything like this at hand, and 2) could kindly see your way clear to posting it here. My great thanks.
