Pictures, cameras & I hate computer programmers.

Why is it that every time they come out with a new update it just screws everything up? I had a photo program, I plugged in my camera, it down loaded the pictures and cleared out the memory card so i was ready to shoot again.

Now it doesn't do that any more, now it downloads a few pictures and craps out. What the heck. The menus are different and it sucks.:eusa_doh:

Just once I'd like to find the @#$%&! that does this and give him a near death experience with a rusty 5 iron in front of his peers. I figure after nearly killing several hundred of these bottom feeders maybe the word will get out and they won't screw everything up every chance they get.

It's time to set up a real life "Running Man" game for these guys.

I'd recommend this software. I've been using it for a while. It's simple, small, and it hasn't "crapped" out on me just yet.

It is the universal problem with all software designers. They come out with a great program that works fine but they have to justify their existence by "imporving" and "adding features." As word processing programs have evolved they kept adding more crap that most people don't even use. Other programs are the same, more complexity and features of dubious useability.

When I tested programs and entertainment software I often found the Version 2.0 wasn't demostrably superior to the Version 1.0.[huh]

I believe it's known as "progress".

This is why i avoid all new technology like the plague. Doing so just makes my life a lot less stressful.

Well I understand technology and enjoy much of it but as a good engineer will tell you there is no sense in making something complicated just becasue you can.:eusa_doh:
