Photos of Suits For eBay Listings

I have a suit [Hart Shaffner & Marx date stamped 1955] I'm going to be listing on eBay but am a bit intimidated by the photo aspect. What's the best way for someone who doesn't have a dummy or live person to model said suit to document it in photos?

Should I lay it out and take photos, hang it on a hanger? What's the most effective method that folks with experience have found?

Please note, I'm a frequent eBay seller and have no problems with other types of listings, but suit and bulkier clothing listings intimidate me to no end photographically.

Put the suit on a hanger. Take photographs of the jacket and trousers in daylight without flash, and take photos of the details with flash.
