Sleeves look a little long going by left arm hanging. His jeans look awful in my opinion, too baggy at the turn up. They look like my chainstore bought 501s.Could have had a brown belt and cap/hat to go with the boots, or black boots.
Daniel Craig in his Highwayman.

Perhaps we should compare thoughts on this photo?

The Daily Mail: Daniel Craig appears to have put on weight around his midriff as he strolls in London

The Fedora Lounge: Cool jacket, that's developing some nice patina

Well, he is a middle aged man. Is the new look for a film? I'm more curious about the location of his jacket zipper pull.
Maybe Daniel Craig is not a regular jacket wearer. Personally I would have closed the breast pocket and maybe checked the zip puller though the latter could have just got caught on something when not worn.

This is just something else. I'd *love* one like that.

Yeah, spotted that myself. Odd place for it to hang!
That sometimes happens on my Barbour Drover. It's a heavy two way brass zip, and when it's undone the two pullers clattering together used to annoy me. However of late I haven't noticed the noise and thought I'd just got used to it, finally.

Nope. The top loop puller is somehow now halfway up the zip and just sits there not falling down to the bottom as I might expect.

So essentially I am exactly the same as Daniel Craig.

A button up lancer front jacket like the one at the top of the page is my current grail. Also really like that fringed café racer. Always had a soft spot for the fringed look. Back in college I had a fringed Lewis Leather double rider, just to be a bit different. Picked it up for about £20. Boy do I wish I still had it!

This jacket is really super. Looks like it comes from the Instagram account of @wilhelmzeppelin. He describes it as "1930s German."

Can someone please educate me and tell me more about this style of jacket -- what it's called and if it's purely a civilian jacket or something else? I'd LOVE to acquire one like it (this thread, and forum for that matter, are dangerous, LOL).

one of my favorite threads right here.
if it's not a hassle, it'd be super informative (to me at least) if pics were labeled w/ manufacturer and model!
i'm being introduced to so many new styles and possibilities, thank you, friends.

Agree completely. If manufacturer/model aren't available, at least a description of the style and approximate era would help educate newer members who are developing an interest in leather jackets.
