Have you worked with Mr. Chang before?

I used Chang for repairs for a short time several years ago. He was late on virtually every job, without the courtesy of a phone call, causing me many unnecessary trips to his shop. His work was borderline shoddy, requiring do-overs on most jobs. The fact that he farms out most (all?) of the work to Chinatown may be the reason for this less than stellar sevice.
