sellers list this as 20s-30s but it looks more like a 40s, even 50s to IMO.
Not much structure.

I guess the first one is before Goodall took all the tailoring in house (DinerMan?). And look at the arm pattern! Early and Fantastic.

Highly improbable. The main hint is that the waist is smaller than the chest on this suit, which isn't quite the Greenstreet, "body as a temple" physique.

Would it even be possible for a good tailor to cut this down to fit a 43 chest with 38 waist? Assuming it's NOT Sidney's suit, would it be a sacrilege? (Why am I even asking? I haven't got 600 simoleans to toss around.)

I will say the white one has some really remarkable measurements as is. 45" chest measured with 17" shoulders. 42 Waist with 28.5 inseam.

Not that many decades. They've been supplying men's and women's clothing for 20th century period piece movies for 20 or 30 years.
