How does the fiting jacket process work? And how would they know my measurements?

You need to get in touch with Carrie, who is a member here.

It has been a few years since I ordered, but as I remember, I sent them payment and my measurements. Carrie and Wade sent a test jacket, and we tweaked from there.

Using the fit jacket removes the fear that the jacket won't fit properly. It is a painless process.

Exactly what Peacoat said. I have done it a few times, and it's a simple, straightforward way to get the fit right on any of Aero's, Thedi's or Vanson's jackets.
