I agree with the sentiment on the 2018 colors. Below is a contribution to this thread that was posted in mid August on the "What Hat Are You Wearing Today" thread. This is an Optimo in British Tan with a diamond crease that I got five or six years ago. I just received it back from Optimo as I needed the hat refreshed and a new ribbon. The shipping box it came in was square which was new to me as the other boxes I have from Optimo were all oval shaped.

Although ending straw weather, I recieved a call that some milans have come in and jumped on it. My current Optimo Milan is my most worn hat but I wished it had a slighly larger brim. Looks like my wish has been answered. Looking forward to the new felt colors as well.

I spoke with Tiffiani early today &ahe told me to relay the message that they have Milan up to size 61 and a restock of the colour silverbelly in The 1000 line of felts.

New colors are up on the site now. Predictably, the one I really want is Gunsmoke, in the 1000 range, which is really more than I can personally justify for a hat....or at least that's what I keep telling myself for now.

With my keen eye for the obvious, I noticed that with Halloween passing by on the calendar the year end holiday decorations have begun to infest the various retail estabilshments I frequent. I have decided to award myself with an X-mas present and ordered an Optimo Black classic weight in the Dearborn style. Tiffani recommended a charcoal ribbon so I am going with that. Scheduled for completion on December 25rd

In addition to the Optimo Black classic weight in the Dearborn style with the charcoal ribbon that I received at Holiday time, I subsequently ordered and received the Olympian Green with a nicotine ribbon in the Dearborn style. While Optimo's style does not appeal to everyone, I like them very much.

The grey looks fantastic and really pops. but the beige would be better for my complexion and match my clothing. I am realizing everything I own is the colour of mulch.

The beige is a Manhattan Heirloom Felt Camel, but from the pictures Tiffani emailed me, and from her description, it is a richer color than the swatch on their site.
Anyway, it is on its way!
