Looks fairly good. I would say the issue is the armholes being very high.
Actually it’s not. The armholes raising the jacket is because they’re low not high.

If the armholes were high when raising the arms the jacket wouldn't move up, nor the shoulders nor the body.

This comes with RTW territory.

I should have clarified. When I say high, I mean the lower part of the armholes being raised up to make the armholes very tight. I get what you are saying about their overall placement. That's a good point.

Agreed. My hwm went up to my nipples when I raised my arms all the way up!

Thanks for the insight, everyone. I ended up selling this jacket and placing an order for a custom Aero Board Racer. The Board Racer fit jacket had the armholes placed much higher and thus felt much more comfortable to move around in, despite having thicker leather.

It looks fine to me. When you move in the jacket, do you feel restricted in motion? That’s the important question.

A higher arm hole, underarm gussets and shoulder gussets will get rid of that. Wearing the jacket and it loosening up won't do a thing about the arms lifting.

Did the jacket you just ordered have any kind of bi-swing back or gussets to aid in arm movement?

Yes, I ordered it in battered brown steerhide for maximum pliability and shoulder gussets to help with movement.
