Old Fashioned 4th of July Party

our family has a huge 4th of July party every year with lots of guest both kids and adults. we want to take it back in time and make it like the old fashioned 4th of July neighborhood parties. What ideas do you have for food, decorations, games etc etc.........? looking for as many ideas as possible!
