Alright im thinking about buying a top hat, and from what i know i shouldnt have to much competition from you guys, so will post the link. TOP HAT

I know little about fedoras and less about top hats, so i was wondering if that was a quality hat or no? or an estimated value if possible

*sigh* i do, but it seems like most good top hats go high, and im too busy at the moment to build a web page in exchange for one from someone, so i think ill have to break down and buy one.
