I woke up to the purring sounds of the cat. I'm off from work this morning & it felt nice to stay in bed.
I got to thinking about this & decided to share & also find out what you remember about things from the past or present.
Pleasant or not. Anything goes.
There is no particular order just random thoughts:
I love the aroma of fresh hot coffee, rain on the earth in hot summer or fresh cut grass .
The sound of wood screen doors with the tiny bell or the striking of a hard ball with a wood baseball bat.
My mom in the kitchen fixing breakfast. Watching double features at the movie theater & fresh popcorn.
The voices of my classmates reciting the morning prayer or the pledge of allegiance .My aunts & uncles
sitting outside a get together & sharing a conversation. Radio broadcasting a baseball game. And my dad
on the rare occasions when we would talk.
