NIB LIMITED EDITION 2021 SWISS ARMY ALOX PIONEER X POCKETKNIFE IN TIGER ORANGE!
Since 2015 Victorinox have issued a series of Limited Edition pocket knifes crafted with handles made with Alox scales. Each year features a different colour, and has the issue year stamped on the handle.
Alox scales are beautiful. Made from punched and embossed aluminum, they are then treated to a process of anodic oxidation to create a protective layer to protect against damage and corrosion. This also enables them to be brilliantly coloured as well as exceptionally durable.
Not surprisingly, these knives are highly collectable, and sell out quickly.
I'm thus very pleased to be able to offer a 2021 Pioneer X knife with Tiger Orange Alox scales. The Pioneer X has a 2.75” spear point blade, scissors, a reamer/punch, a can opener with a 7.5mm screwdriver tip and a wire stripper, and a bottle opener with a 3mm screwdriver tip. It has a handle thickness of about 0.6”, it’s 3.7” closed, and weighs about 3.3 ounces.
This knife is new, boxed--and unopened... which is why I've used a stock picture to show its tools. There is some minor damage to the interior of the box, as shown. I'm very careful--this occured prior to my acquiring this knife! It comes complete with all of its paperwork.
