New trousers/pants in a '60's tapered style?

Can anyone recommend a brand of trousers/pants that has some or most of the qualities of an early to mid 1960's type? Slim and tapered but not so tight as to lose all of the drape. I just scored two nice pair of vintage 60's sport coats and my usual pants don't look quite right with those thin lapels. I saw a pair of Chinos by Banana Republic that don't look too far off the mark. A bit too expensive though. About $50 is more in my budget. Thanks in advance.:)

Unlike 30s and 40s, 60s slacks are so common that you can find a good selection at any vintage store. I would see what you can find there. Either wool slacks, or a blend such as stayprest.
