I love my hats. I'm a stingy brim sort of guy.

This is one of my hats, minus the feather. I'm thinking of taking the brim down even shorter to 1 inch, Rudeboy style.

The brim on that hat is bigger than an inch?

Looks like it is already an inch If your hat has the same kind of welted edge be careful though. That kind of edge is sought after, and it would be a shame to replace it with a raw edge. Welcome to the lounge, you'll find the answers you are looking for here! :cheers1:

Oh no!
I wouldn't do it myself. I'll take it to a milliner in town. They said they could put the same edge on.
It's actually about 1.25 inches.

They seem pretty decent to me.
The last hat i bought was a leather Henschel fedora, which i took the brim down myself for about $70 CDN.
The one before that was a Normandie fur felt stingy brim fedora for about $60 CDN.
