My unhealthy obsession with leather jackets for sale on Craigslist

Just when I've scored a nearly perfect Kerr in brown that I've been looking for and recently picked up a second Schott 118 that's at the cleaner being worked on, some guy nearby goes and posts another Kerr jacket in black for a ridiculously low price. Meanwhile my own stuff I have listed online is not selling. I'm trying to convince myself not to keep buying until something sells. I suppose there are worse obsessions than this but damn. (Photo isn't the actual Kerr, just a placeholder while it's in the mail).

Here's one of the reasons behind my obsession. My Great Uncle Jack's goatskin Cooper A-2. He was a Pennsylvania oil prospector /wildcatter, a world traveler and a man of good taste. I can remember seeing him wearing the jacket up until he passed away. It's too small for me but I see him when I look at it.
