Alas, my internet fortune has arrived. From a far away land, known only as "Canada", my treasure came through. Okay, so it's not that big of a deal. 
In any case, I was delighted to have them arrive, so soon. It was not long before my Bible Thumping-self blessed my hats with Holy Water.
This, my friends, is the beginning of a new era for me. Good bye to the days of baggy pants and t-shirts. Hello to weird reactions from the general populace.
As for the family's reaction? Well, I'll share with you one of my Mother's witty remarks, "Isin't dressing up like the 40's for Halloween only?"
It seems the green Barclay was a favorite to it's previous owner. The inside is ratty and the leather sweatband is worn out. Other than that, he took pretty good care of it.
But this is why people turn to Art.
I'll probably get some pics tomorrow.
And last but not least, check out this good-lookin' gentleman...
