Follwing on from my earlier thread I decided that my photos of the Stetson Royal DeLuxe I own lacked a lot....

The photos I took last time were with the flash and didn't really convey the lovely chocolatey felt.

My new favorite dimensions!

Brim is raw and is 2 3/8" only.

The open crown is 6". That makes for a perfect deep crease with my diamond bash!

I can't really make out the texture and color.
It *seems* fabulous, but I just can't be sure.
If I could hold it in my hands I'd have a better idea.

Thanks Dinerman. I think it's slightly weird that there is a raw edge and the brim is shortish compared to most late '40s hats....
