Darlings, I have started collecting a "make". i can't call it a designer as it was a cheap albeit decent brand for its time. its my passion though, i just love their fabrics and the cut they used

do you have any mode o'day items.

i am happy just to have pictures or will buy, regardless of size.

Do you collect a particular label. i have a claire mccardell that i got for USD 60 (apparently worth USD 600 plus)!!!

Well, do you have any history of the items, where they were made, what types of items they were/are?

Years they were produced?
Packaging (if there was some)?
Original pricing?

I collect Leo Danal, a dress company out of Montreal. They still make clothing, although it is no where near the caliber it was in the 50s. I only have 2 of their dresses because they are so hard to find, but everything I have seen (50s to early 60s) I have liked.

I think its just the equivalent of finding a shop that suits now, for instance i cqannot wear much Topshop (huge UK company) as they cut for really thin girls) but i love a brand called Misbehave Vintage. Msode O'day just suits me
