Went dress shopping for my teen for her interview dress for her pageant. This is the one she said no to. Its only label says "An Arkay". My 11950s? Its navy blue, difinitely wool (itchy).
3/4 length sleeves, fits her perfectly at a high waist for measurement of 27.
Dress has enough uumph for 36 hips. Bust was too roomy for her, lying flat it measures (pit to pit) 16".
Over all length is 40", the torso, shoulder to top of waist is 13.
I only saw one small place where it has been fixed, in the back by the collar, less than 1/4 inch, same color thread, I didn't even see it until much later.

You can kind of tell in this one where it is bulky in the bodice, where it nears here waist.
