Nice. Looks later than the claimed date. It would be interesting to see the marks on the back of that Gutos quick release buckle. It's quite a nice dating tool (for the buckle parts, at least). Pre- and during-war would be marked DRP (Deutscher Reichspatent) or BcWRn (?). In the immediate postwar, pre-split era, they were marked DBP (Deutscher Bundespatent) Deutschland. From '49 on they tended to be marked DBP, Made in West Germany.
