Miniature Hat Box Salesman Samples/Gift Box Collection

I have a small collection of seven miniature Men's Hatboxes, six of which include miniature hats as well. These were used, I believe, as gift boxes given like a modern day gift certificate. I've also heard these referred to as "Salesman's Samples". Brands represented are Stetson, Richman Brothers, Dobbs, Mallory, Adam, and one clear plastic, non-descript Fedora. All are in overall good to excellent condition.
