Just came across this and thought it might be of interest: a comic drawn as a tour guide for the 1939 World's Fair.

We lived in Brooklyn

I attended this Fair in a baby carriage. In '64 I walked and by Montreal 1967 was able to say a few words. This would be developmentally O.K. were my lifespan expected to be at least 250 years.
