well, it's time to get rid of jackets that are a bit snug or tight on moi. so, offered for your appreciation, this Johnson Leather of San Francisco MiLSPEC replica of the WW2 G-2 jacket that briefly replaced the A-2.
offered for a buy it now price of $175 on ebay with many pix and more info, it is fully and accurately built to the WW2 G-2 specs, including windflap. the top entry pockets do have hidden side-entry for comfort, but these have been built to be unseen, and to easily be sewn up the seam so they can be closed as if never added...for the purists among us. it has basically no use, but has predistressed leather. johnson jackets are now going on their websites for $395, tho this style is no longer made by johnson.
