Up for sale is this Milan-style straw-type pork pie. Probably synthetic rather than actual straw, but nevertheless a nice, robust hat ideal for warm weather wear. I had intentions of me wearing it with a ricky and khakis, or maybe a Haiwaiian shirt, but alas it is simply too big for my size 57 hied. It is labelled "medium/large", and as best as I can measure it, I would estimate it to be approximately a 59. Black cloth ribbon and band.
Clearly too large for me, but some idea of shape/proportions:
The brim has a sufficient snap to it that it can be worn up or down - side view, with brim down at the front:
Like this, it puts me in mind of Sinatra. [huh]

And the label:
Colour in the photos is representative of the hat in person; yellowish in a natural straw rather than yellow in a Dick Tracey shade.
I'll accept any reasonable offer from GBP10.00 up, plus, of course, shipping at actual price. Actually, though, I'd really rather a clean swap it for something else - a similar hat in a 57, or a couple of nice ties or something.... make me an offer!
